i would say this camp is interesting. first, a change of place..frm a nice cosy house to one at the sea lyk kelong. n it's super huge wid FOUR toilets! tat's wow. plus heater! then there's DVD player so we can all watch show (tho i dare say it ain't very good for fellowship...games are definitely better). and dun forget the Mahjong Table =) yea...play lots of rounds. glad this time got place to play wet games. but kinda sad no place to play soccer. sorry we din go fishing either and i'm sorry for those whose slippers are lost: Valerie, Sabrina, Samantha and Jessie...
Loved the sharings and worship sessions. awesome. God was wid us!
jus a recap: samantha spoke to us frm the book of Daniel. abt the King's pride and sovereignity and humility. wad i took back: dun be proud, muz be humble and let God take control. always rmb tat God is in control of everything and He has a plan for every event that happens in our life, be it good or bad.
What Kah Hwee spoke to us abt was the 1st and 2nd commandmant. esp emphasizing on the 2nd commandment. she encouraged us to get to know one another better. n not exactly EVERY single one but at least one of us better. and to have closer fellowship wid one another. not jus a hi-bye session every Sunday and when parents decide to leave after 11.30am, you guys also leave. yea..dun lyk a hi-bye, catching up session either. wanna noe you guys better! want this Overcomers group to grow closer! yea guys??
hmm..tat's all i gotta say...why dun u guys also blog your thoughts on the camp recently?
